This summer, one of our former personal trainers and group fitness instructors, Dan Sundaram, is doing a cross country bike ride in support of affordable housing through Bike & Build. Dan is keeping us all up-to-date on his journey by posting on his own blog summerinthesaddle.wordpress.com. Be sure to follow along for this once in a lifetime experience.
Good luck, Dan! Enjoy the ride.
